Simply regulate the inlet air supply to adjust the pump flow from zero to maximum capacity. The Mono Range is the benchmark for progressing cavity pumps, where versatility and reliability are essential. Mono pumps are widely used in the mining, food processing, water-treatment and chemical industries, in applications where a uniform, non-pulsating action is required. We can source and supply most types and configurations e.g Gate, Globe, Butterfly, Non-return, Ball, Actuated, Safety relief valves etc. This transport cradle is manufactured to allow easy handling by one person where the pump needs to be re-positioned frequently. The dual outlet balz pumps can be fitted with these steel outlet pipes as required where the standard hoses are impractical. they are also better suited in applications where constantly higher discharge pressures prevail. Balz starter control panels are manufactured specially for our range of pumps in accordance with general mining requirements. Lamco Engineering manufactures a unique, in-house, three prong type of level sensor for our range of spindle pumps. Careful consideration and feed-back from customers has resulted in the design and manufacture of a unique strainer box for the 100 & 400 Series range of balz pumps. This strainer box not only serves as a mounting stand but also prevents the ingress of large foreign matter such as rags, plastic and fibrous material which could cause the pump strainer to become clogged up resulting in the sump overflowing. The suction extension pipe can be bolted onto the existing vortex pump casing suction flange to facilitate draining of deeper sumps.
